As Commercial M&A Manager I direct 3 arms of the business culminating in increased & sustainable recurring revenues in major UK growth sectors. This includes Business & Partnership Development within Fintech, Franchises (food, health & beauty, electronics) & AI Software space. Organic Growth stands at an impressive net 20% YoY. Second, championing the integration & use of cloud accounting/SaaS technologies such as leading applications Xero & QuickBooks for todays ever increasing digitally aware clients.

Finally, I head our Growth through Mergers & Acquisitions projects. Using my expansive broker connections & M&A experience, I work closely with investor partners identifying target firms (& clientele) and overseeing projects from raising funds, acquisitions through to due diligence & implementation strategies
